1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the services of EmailFree.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users of EmailFree.in, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. About Our Service

EmailFree.in is an Indian email lead platform that provides verified Indian email address lists for digital marketing purposes. Users can download email leads as CSV files and use them for their marketing campaigns. We offer a free quota of 2,000 leads upon registration, and additional leads can be purchased at Rs.0.25 per lead with no monthly subscription.

3. Account Registration

To access our email lead download features, you must create a free account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. EmailFree.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free Lead Quota

Every new user receives a one-time free quota of 2,000 email leads upon registration. This free quota is granted once per account and does not renew or reset. Once your free quota is exhausted, you must purchase additional lead credits to continue downloading leads. Creating multiple accounts to claim the free quota repeatedly is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

5. Paid Lead Credits

Additional email leads can be purchased at Rs.0.25 per lead. Lead credit packages are available starting from 1,000 leads. Paid credits do not expire and can be used at any time. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the email leads downloaded from EmailFree.in only for legitimate digital marketing purposes. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam) in violation of the Information Technology Act, 2000 or any applicable anti-spam laws.
• Using the email lists for phishing, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Reselling or redistributing the email lists to third parties without written permission from EmailFree.in.
• Using the leads to harass, threaten, or harm individuals.
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to access our platform beyond normal usage.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the free lead quota.

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

EmailFree.in sources email leads from publicly available Indian social media profiles. While we validate email formats and remove duplicates, we do not guarantee the deliverability, accuracy, or current activity of every email address in our database. Email lists are provided on an "as is" basis. The actual email delivery rate may vary depending on your sending infrastructure and the age of the data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on EmailFree.in, including the website design, code, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of EmailFree.in. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission. The email lead data provided to you is licensed for your personal or business marketing use only, not for resale.

9. Limitation of Liability

EmailFree.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or the email leads we provide. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific lead credits in question. We are not responsible for how you use the downloaded email lists or for any consequences arising from your email marketing campaigns.

10. Account Termination

EmailFree.in reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform. In case of termination due to a violation, no refund will be issued for any purchased credits.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of EmailFree.in after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of EmailFree.in shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
