Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Our Product

EmailFree.in provides digital products in the form of downloadable email lead lists. Once lead credits are purchased and added to your account, they become immediately available for download. Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our product, we maintain a strict no-refund policy in most cases.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases of email lead credits on EmailFree.in are final and non-refundable. This is because:

• Lead credits are added to your account instantly upon successful payment.
• The digital product (access to email lead database) is delivered immediately.
• Once credits are added, they cannot be "returned" or "unused."

We strongly recommend using your 2,000 free leads first to evaluate the quality of our database before making any purchase.

3. Exceptions — When Refund May Be Considered

We will consider a refund request only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If your account was charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.
• Payment Deducted but Credits Not Added: If your payment was successfully captured by Razorpay but lead credits were not added to your account within 24 hours.
• Unauthorized Transaction: If you can prove that the payment was made without your authorization and you report it within 48 hours of the transaction.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at support@emailfree.in with the following details:

• Your registered email address on EmailFree.in.
• Razorpay Payment ID (starts with pay_).
• Amount paid and date of transaction.
• Reason for refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 working days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

5. Cancellation Policy

EmailFree.in does not have any subscription or recurring billing. All purchases are one-time payments for lead credits. There is nothing to cancel. Your credits remain in your account until you use them — they never expire.
